Everything stays on your device
The calculators and the Beast Policy Organizer save your inputs and results in your own browser only. Policy numbers, names, and coverage details never leave your device and are never uploaded to us. Clearing your site data or using a different browser removes those saves — so export a backup file when you want to keep them.
Document import (optional)
If you use the organizer's document import, your file is sent over an encrypted connection and read once by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, processed on servers in the United States and subject to that jurisdiction's laws) to draft the organizer fields. We never store your document or its contents on our servers, and we don't log it. The drafted results are saved only in your browser, like everything else in the organizer. If you'd rather your documents never leave your device, skip the import and enter policies manually — every feature works either way.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled, we record anonymous, aggregate events such as “a calculation was completed” or “a report was downloaded.” These carry only counts — never your policy details, names, or numbers from your binder. No advertising trackers.
Email & contact
We don't run a mailing list. The contact form only handles the information you choose to send, through our email provider, and we use it solely to reply to you. We don't sell or share your address.
Cookies
Your theme preference and province selection are saved in your browser so the site remembers them. Analytics may set cookies when enabled. The site works without accounts or marketing cookies.
